2. Services

We provide consulting, AI automation, branding, digital setup, and coaching services. Specific services and deliverables will be outlined in your individual project agreement or proposal.

3. Payment Terms

• All prices are stated in GBP (£) and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.

• Payment is due according to the agreed payment schedule. Late payments may incur interest and/or service delays.

• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and timely information, access to platforms where necessary, and prompt feedback to enable service delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials created by ION Consultancy Ltd remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon payment, ownership of final deliverables will be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the course of our work.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Coaching sessions require 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. For project-based services, any cancellation should be submitted in writing. Refunds are discretionary and assessed on a case-by-case basis.

8. Limitation of Liability

ION Consultancy Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
